CLUB HISTORYCosta Ballena Ocean Golf Club is located on the coast of the Atlantic in the province of Cadiz. We are very close to the Doñana National Park and surrounded by historic cities such as Rota, Sanlucar de Barremeda, Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sevilla.
During your stay you can discover the magic and charm of Andalucia, the wines from Jerez, Sanlucar and El Puerto de Santa Maria, the andalucian horses, the free roaming bulls, excellent gastronomy, popular ‘fiestas’, the palaces, museums and the history surrounding you at every moment, all this giving you an unforgettable experience during your stay. -
El Catamaran – Open to the seaside
It provides a variety of Mediterranean food with fresh and local products by offering an excellent service.
An elegant restaurant with an extensive terrace and panoramic views across the course to the ocean.
With a capacity of up to 500 guests using indoor and outdoor facilities, it’s the ideal place for any kind of corporate events and private celebrations.
Opening times during spring and summer: 1-4pm and 8-11pm. The cafeteria and good value snack bar provides breakfast, combined dishes, tapas and sandwiches.
Opening times throughout the year: 10am – 7pm.

CLUB HOUSENo stone has been left unturned in the planning, design, quality and functionality of the club house. The design was inspired by the typical cottages that can be found in Doñana National Park locally known as ‘chozas’ which integrate themselves perfectly in the local surroundings.
With a modest design from the outside in keeping with the local architecture it will surprise the visitor with its decor, its quality and functionality in all aspects: excellent locker rooms with saunas and Jacuzzis, a gym specializing in golf fitness, an elegant shop, conference room, restaurant and free WiFI connections.
The views from the club house terrace over the Atlantic Ocean are quite simply spectacular and unforgettable. -
